Controlled pilot status. The public website describes capabilities and intended workflows. It is not a guarantee that every feature, document type, deployment pattern, throughput level or compliance control is available in every pilot.

Website use

You may use this website for legitimate business evaluation and contact. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or access data that is not yours.

Pilots and commercial work

Any pilot, paid service, service level, data-handling requirement, accuracy target, retention term, support obligation or production deployment must be agreed separately in writing. Website content does not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or contract.

Customer data

Do not send sensitive customer documents through the public sales form. Document processing should occur only through an explicitly provided protected workspace after the pilot scope and data-handling boundary have been agreed.

Claims

Woctam does not claim certifications, regulated-industry approvals, guaranteed accuracy or guaranteed availability unless those claims are expressly documented and substantiated for the applicable service.
