The pilot request form asks for business contact information such as your name, company, work email, use case, expected document volume and a short message. When no lead endpoint is configured, the website opens an email draft in your own email application instead of storing the form in the website.

How we use it

We use business contact details to respond to pilot, product and commercial enquiries, scope a requested workflow, and maintain necessary business correspondence.

Technical data

Hosting, security and network providers may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security logs as part of operating and protecting the website.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by service providers required to operate website, email and security infrastructure. We do not use this notice to claim a specific statutory retention period that has not yet been configured. Business enquiries are retained only as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal obligations and business records.
